To provide our customers with the highest level of service we have undergone a system upgrade which requires account holders to re-register their online accounts at this time.  Many new account features are available to you 24/7.  A convenience fee of $2.50 or 2.50% (whichever is greater) will assessed.

Billing statements are mailed on the first day of each month.  Payment is due by the 15th of each month.  

Failure to receive a statement does not abate the timely payment of the bill, including fees and penalties. Accounts not paid by the 15th will be assessed a penalty and may be disconnected for non-payment.
